Section 1

Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document. Where context requires, singular includes plural and vice versa.

"Platform"	The 577taka website, its mobile-optimised interface, all associated subdomains, and any software or application operated under the 577taka brand.
"Player" / "You"	Any individual who accesses, browses, registers, or places a wager on the 577taka Platform.
"Account"	The unique registered profile created by a Player on 577taka, associated with a verified mobile number, BDT balance, and transaction history.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback, or other non-cash benefit offered by 577taka to Players, subject to individual promotion terms.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total amount a Player must bet using bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds before those winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
"BDT" / "৳"	Bangladeshi Taka — the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole transactional currency accepted on the 577taka Platform.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 577taka before a Player's first withdrawal is approved.
"Prohibited Activity"	Any conduct described under Section 6 (User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct) of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and bonus abuse.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

18+ Strictly Enforced: 577taka is an adults-only platform. Access to real-money games and betting markets is prohibited for any individual under the age of 18. Violation of this requirement will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 577taka, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. This requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
Residency: You must be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gaming activities are not explicitly prohibited by applicable national law.
Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting under any form of legal incapacity, guardianship, or court-ordered restriction.
Single account: You must not already hold an active or previously closed account on 577taka. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address is permitted.
Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 577taka or any affiliated entity. Such individuals are prohibited from placing real-money wagers on the Platform.
Self-exclusion status: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through 577taka's responsible gaming tools or any voluntary exclusion scheme.

577taka reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during a Player's account lifecycle. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

Section 3

Account Registration

Each player may register only one account on 577taka. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You agree that the information submitted at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number — is truthful and matches the identity documents you will later provide for KYC verification.

577taka reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason. We also reserve the right to close any account where it is discovered that inaccurate or fraudulent information was provided at the time of registration.

Username and password: You are responsible for selecting a secure password and keeping it confidential. 577taka recommends a minimum of 10 characters combining upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Mobile number verification: A valid Bangladesh mobile number is required for registration. A one-time PIN (OTP) will be sent to this number to verify your identity during registration and for subsequent logins from new devices.
Profile accuracy: You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Failure to maintain accurate profile information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
KYC completion: Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid NID card or passport. You may also be asked to submit a recent bank statement or mobile banking screenshot as proof of payment method ownership.
Account ownership: Your 577taka account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

Tip: Complete your KYC verification immediately after registration so there are no delays when you make your first withdrawal request. The KYC process typically takes under 24 hours once valid documents are submitted via the account settings panel.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 577taka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Transaction availability and processing times may vary by payment method and bank.

Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

Bank transfer withdrawals processed within 1–2 business days
577taka reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000
Bonus balances are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met

577taka does not accept deposits from credit cards where the cardholder uses the card's credit facility (as opposed to debit functionality) to fund gambling activity. If it is determined that a deposit was made using a credit facility, 577taka reserves the right to return the funds and require an alternative payment method.

Anti-Money Laundering Notice: 577taka is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illicit activities. All transactions are monitored. Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified payment source will be held pending investigation. If suspicious activity is confirmed, the account will be suspended and the matter escalated in accordance with applicable law.

Section 5

Bonus Terms & Wagering

577taka offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, free spin allocations, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament-specific promotions tied to BPL and IPL cricket seasons. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering requirement: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed at the time the bonus is claimed.
Eligible games: Not all games on 577taka contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer table games, sportsbook bets, and certain jackpot games may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
Minimum odds (sportsbook): Where a bonus is applicable to sports betting, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or greater unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Maximum bet rule: While wagering a bonus, the maximum stake per bet or spin is ৳1,000 (or the equivalent in any applicable promotion currency), unless the promotion specifically states a higher limit. Bets placed above the maximum limit during a bonus wagering period may be voided at 577taka's discretion.
One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at a time. If a Player has an active bonus balance, they may not opt into a new promotion until the current bonus is either fully wagered or forfeited.
Bonus abuse: 577taka reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets across accounts or with other platforms to guarantee profit while meeting wagering requirements (arbitrage), and deliberately exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
Withdrawal order: Real money balances are wagered before bonus balances by default. A Player wishing to withdraw their real-money balance before completing a bonus wagering requirement may do so by forfeiting the outstanding bonus and any associated winnings.

          BPL & IPL Promotions: Seasonal cricket promotions offered during Bangladesh Premier League and IPL tournament windows may carry modified wagering requirements, enhanced minimum odds, or time-limited claim windows aligned with the tournament schedule. Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 577taka, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or bonus claim processes.
Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, at 577taka.
Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, poker sessions, or sports wagers.
Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds into your 577taka account.
Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform.

Hacking and exploitation: Attempting to access the Platform's source code, back-end systems, APIs, or databases without authorisation, or deliberately exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities.
Money laundering: Using 577taka as a vehicle to place, layer, or integrate proceeds of unlawful activity.
Third-party deposits: Accepting deposits from, or making withdrawals to, payment accounts that do not belong to you personally.
Abusive conduct: Directing threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive language at 577taka support staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any individual under the age of 18, including sharing your account credentials with a minor.

Where 577taka determines, at its sole and reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in Prohibited Activity, the Platform reserves the right to: (a) immediately suspend the account pending investigation; (b) permanently close the account with or without prior notice; (c) withhold and forfeit any outstanding balance where that balance is directly connected to the Prohibited Activity; (d) share relevant data with law enforcement or financial regulators where legally required or appropriate.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the 577taka Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 577taka or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written permission of 577taka.
The 577taka name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary marks of the Platform. Use of these marks in any context without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Game software, artwork, audio, and mechanics provided by third-party studios remain the intellectual property of those studios and are used by 577taka under valid commercial licence agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 577taka, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, technical failures, or payment processing errors attributable to third-party payment providers.

Gambling involves financial risk. By using 577taka, you acknowledge and accept that:

The outcome of casino games is determined by certified random number generators and is not influenced by 577taka in any manner.
Sports betting odds reflect market probabilities and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome. Past performance of a team or individual does not guarantee future results.
You participate in all games and betting markets entirely at your own risk and with funds you can afford to lose.
577taka is not responsible for any taxes or levies that may be applicable to your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a live game or bet settlement, 577taka will make reasonable efforts to restore the session or resolve the transaction fairly. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
The Platform's maximum aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
